A Serious Topic
Below is a message from my buddy Siren of the 69 Boyz Motorcycle Club.
Can you believe that more than 1.3 million new cancer cases are expected to be diagnosed in the United States this year? Those are staggering statistics, but there is hope. That’s why I’ve decided to take action against cancer by supporting the American Cancer Society Relay For Life® event right here in my community. Relay For Life is an overnight event that brings our community together to help support the American Cancer Society and its lifesaving mission to eliminate cancer as a major health problem.
I want to invite you to show your support in the ongoing fight against cancer by joining us for this year’s event. Cool New Helmets
While browsing the net for a new helmet a couple of weeks ago I came across some cool new yet moderately priced helmets. (I’ve been so busy lately it took two weeks for me to write about them.)
A company named Rock Hard has aquired the rights to produce helmets with images depicting over 300 musical acts. They may expand beyond musical groups if they receive a positive response to their first non-musical group themed helmet - Hustler (yes Hustler as in Larry Fint) If the first round of releases is a good barometer then there will eventually be something that everyone likes.
These helmets are being produced in limited quantities and come with a certificate of authenticity which will surely make them collector items.

Spring is upon us
Well ladies and gentlemen if you haven’t already you should be getting your bike ready for the upcoming riding season. This is especially true for those of you that don’t perform your own maintenance. The service department at the local dealers usually get swamped with people needing oil changes and scheduled maintenance as soon as the first hint of consistent spring-like weather arrives. If you take your bike in now you will probably have it back in a day. If you wait a couple of weeks to take it in you may have to wait couple of weeks to get it back.
