Mac-n-Cheese…Hmmm Elbow Mac,cream,butter,Velveta,small amount of chopped red pepper,and one smoked and chopped jalapeno,touch of cumin,coriander and garlic. MMMMMM!!!

I like mine with elbow macaroni, a creamy cheese sauce and a little crunchy topping.
