This week I wrote about a Hamilton County woman who owns almost $5 million worth of real estate in Warren County, homes she has never lived in and cannot afford.
The bank has filed for foreclosure on two of the homes and her credit is in ruins.
She trusted her tax man, Eric Duke, who said he needed her good credit to buy the homes and that he would take the homes off her hands and earn her some money within three months.
Has anyone else run into this sort of situation before?
