A missed opportunity?

Today’s earthquake in southern Illinois that was felt as far east as southwest Ohio may have been a missed opportunity Middletown.

Just think, and maybe this is reaching a bit, but that might have been a missed opportunity for Middletown.

Had an earthquake happened here, that might have been a way to get federal funds to rebuild all of the city’s streets.

Again, it was a just a thought.
