Student aid workshop planned

Miami University Middletown is planning a workshop for students who have not yet filed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), a form required to be considered for most federal and state financial aid.

The session will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 15, in the room 15 computer lab in Johnston Hall. Counselors will be on hand to answer questions and assist those in attendance.

Participants should bring their most recent federal tax return, Social Security Card, banking and asset information and any documents relating to any federal or state benefits currently being received.
