Governor Strickland appoints Sinclair trustee
Gov. Ted Strickland has appointed Marva Cosby to the Sinclair Community College Board of Trustees. Cosby originally was appointed to the Sinclair Board of Trustees in December 1998 by the Montgomery County Commission. Her most recent five-year appointment ran through July 30, 2008. Strickland has asked Cosby to stay on the board as his appointee for a five-year term.
Cosby is vice president of human resources for Kodak Versamark, Inc. She has more than 30 years experience in human resources. Cosby has a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and a master’s degree in management from Antioch University McGregor.
The Montgomery County Commission has appointed Paula MacIlwaine to the Sinclair Board of Trustees for a five-year term. MacIlwaine is a former Montgomery County commissioner and is the retired president and chief executive of Earthwell International Technologies, Inc.
