| Robert Dale Gay, 47, of Enon was arrested Wednesday night near Springboro and later charged with failure to comply with an order of a police officer, two counts of assault, two counts of resisting arrest, driving under suspension, disregard of public safety and not wearing his seat belt in Warren County. He appeared in county court Thursday morning. |
