Beautiful Babies Contest
How to enter
It's easy and free to enter your baby's photo in the contest. Simply follow the three easy steps below.
Step 1: Registration
You must be a registered contest user to enter. This is NOT the same as your username and password for the site. If you aren't registered or signed in, the system will prompt you when you go to upload your photo.
Step 2: Photo requirements
- Include your baby's name and age in the caption field.
- Photos will be accepted each week, on Monday and Tuesday ONLY.
- You may enter up to 3 photos.
- Photos must be in a JPG or PNG format.
- Photos must be high resolution: 1,000 pixels or more, height or width.
Step 3: Upload
Step 4: Vote & View Entries
- You can vote for your favorite baby Wednesday through Sunday of each week, but the current week's contest can be viewed at any time.
- You may vote a maximum of 1,000 times per week.

You must agree to the following: By submitting photographs to us, you represent that you are the owner or have permission from the owner to do so at no charge for editorial use. You further represent the photos are not manipulated insofar as depicting reality and have not used electronic means to introduce or remove content from the photograph. You authorize Cox Ohio Publishing and any of its agents or affiliates to publish and republish the photo, but not to sell individual reproductions of your work. You retain ownership of the work and in no way surrender any copyright. You also agree that you as owner or artist of the offered work may be identified as such when published, and that there is no guarantee of publication made by acceptance of your submission.
About the contest
Every baby is beautiful, and we all love to show off the latest photos of our kids. Here's your opportunity to brag a little — and to enter your child in our Beautiful Babies Contest.
- Voting will take place online weekly for 36 weeks. Each weekly winner will making it to the finals where voting will take place to determine which babies will be included in our Beautiful Babies 2009 calendar.
- The 12 winners will have their pictures taken by a professional photographer and the high-quality print calendar will be sold throughout Butler and Warren counties and available before Thanksgiving 2008.
- The 12 final winners also will receive a free 8x10 glossy copy of the professional portrait produced for the Beautiful Babies calendar.
