Beautiful Babies Contest Rules
- You can vote once an hour, up to 1,000 times during the voting period
- You may ONLY vote on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday each week.
- Babies entered in the contest must live in Butler and Warren counties in Southwest Ohio.
- Babies entered in the contest must be 18 months of age or younger at the time of entering the contest.
- If you e-mail the photo, it must be accompanied by the child's name and age, your name, phone number and e-mail address. Photos submitted without this information will not be included in the online voting.
- Your contact information will not be published but is needed so that we can contact the winners. Your child's name and age will be published with his or her photo on our Web site as part ot the Beautiful Babies Contest. Your child's name and your name and hometown will be published in the Beautiful Babies 2009 calendar.
- Voting will be conducted on our Web sites in Butler and Warren counties each week beginning on Wednesday and continuing through Sunday night. Winners will be announced on Monday.
- A winner will be chosen each week based on votes cast online by users of our Web sites in Butler and Warren counties.
- By entering the contest, you give Cox Ohio Publishing permission to use your baby's photo on our Web sites and in our newspapers, and for promotional purposes related to the Beautiful Babies contest and Beautiful Babies 2009 calendar.
- No entries carry over to the next week. However, you can re-enter every Monday or Tuesday to have a photo of your baby included in the next round of voting on our Web sites.
- Weekly winners will be entered into voting for the Beautiful Babies 2009 calendar.
- Voting online Sept. 28-Oct. 3 by users of our web sites will select 12 winners to be featured in the Beautiful Babies 2009 calendar.
