SPRINGBORO — Flaggers will direct traffic on a single lane of Ohio 73, between Richard's Run and Red Lion-Five Points Road starting Monday July.
The Ohio Department of Transportation will be re-paving the road from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., through Friday, July 11.
