Teen faces charge in fondling case

FAIRFIELD — Sexual imposition charges have been filed after teens were caught on tape fondling each other in the Fairfield High School hallway, according to police.
Around 4:15 p.m. May 4 at the Fairfield High School Arts Fair, a Henry Fisher, 19, and his 14-year-old girlfriend were seen fondling each other twice in a 20-minute period, according to police reports.

Fairfield police charged Fisher May 5 with a third-degree misdemeanor. He is scheduled to appear in Fairfield Municipal Court today, May 14, reports stated.
