Lane closures scheduled on I-75 corridor

BUTLER/WARREN COUNTIES — Motorists may want to use other roads to avoid slow traffic at night on Interstate 75.

The Ohio Department of Transportation has announced lane closures to accommodate ongoing construction work on I-75. The work is taking place between Cincinnati Dayton Road and Ohio 122 and consists of adding a lane in each direction, raising bridge profiles and rehabilitating existing pavement, said ODOT spokeswoman Sharon Smigielski.

Beginning at 7 p.m. Friday, May 16, one lane will be closed on north and southbound lanes at the Millikin Road overpass; two lanes will be closed beginning at 10 p.m. All lanes will reopen at 6 a.m. Saturday, May 17.

On Tuesday, May 20, one lane will be closed in each direction beginning at 7 p.m. at the Greentree Road overpass; two lanes will be closed beginning at 10 p.m. All lanes will reopen at 6 a.m. Wednesday, May 21.
